These terms form an agreement solely between you and 41BIT LLC for the hosted Epora web application and API. Read them before accepting the beta notice. If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet or use the transaction features.
Your agreement is with 41BIT LLC
41BIT LLC is the sole service operator and contracting party. Individual members, managers, officers, employees, developers, and contributors are not parties to this agreement and give no personal guarantees by working on Epora. To the extent permitted by law, claims based solely on company obligations under these terms must be brought against 41BIT LLC, not against an individual solely because of their role in developing or operating Epora. This does not exclude liability for a person's own conduct where the law does not permit exclusion.
Beta software. No security audit.
Epora is experimental beta software. No security audit of the application or smart contracts has been completed. Internal reviews and tests are not an independent security audit. The software may contain serious errors or vulnerabilities.
You can lose all funds
You accept the risks of using the beta, including permanent loss, theft, or locking of all funds and other assets you use with it. Bugs, attacks, lost keys, malicious participants, incorrect permissions, failed recovery rules, or unavailable services can cause loss. Only use funds you can afford to lose. No recovery outcome is guaranteed.
Wallet control and transactions
You authorize transactions through your connected wallet. Epora does not receive your seed phrase or private keys. You must check the network, addresses, amounts, fees, permissions, and transaction details before signing. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. 41BIT LLC cannot promise to reverse a transaction, unlock funds, or recover lost keys. Network fees may apply even when an intended operation fails.
Your responsibilities
Use the service only if you can legally enter this agreement. You must have authority over the wallets and assets you use. Keep keys and recovery material secure. Confirm that co-signers, spenders, payees, and beneficiaries are correct and understand their roles. Follow applicable laws and meet your own tax obligations. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, misuse personal data, or disrupt other users.
Availability and changes
The beta may change, be interrupted, or end. Providers and wallet software can fail or change their services. The web application does not guarantee continuous access to blockchain data or transaction submission. A website update does not necessarily update existing on-chain contracts. Check the terms and risks again when a new version requires acceptance.
No advice or protection against loss
The application supplies software tools, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Displayed balances, projections, and transaction previews can be wrong or incomplete. These terms do not promise insurance, compensation, or protection against losses. A beta acknowledgement is not a deposit guarantee.
People and entities covered by the release
The Released Parties are 41BIT LLC; its members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and contractors; and Epora developers, maintainers, contributors, authors, and copyright holders. The release covers their involvement in developing, maintaining, distributing, or operating Epora. Including someone in this release does not make them a service operator, contracting party, or personal guarantor. Each Released Party is an intended beneficiary of the release and liability exclusions, to the extent permitted by law.
Warranty and liability
To the extent applicable law allows, the software is provided as is and as available, without warranties of correctness, security, availability, or fitness for a purpose. To that same extent, the Released Parties exclude liability for losses arising from use or inability to use the beta, including loss of funds, assets, data, or profits. These exclusions do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct, or where applicable law prohibits them. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Release of liability
By selecting the separate release checkbox or sending an explicit API acknowledgement of the current terms, you release the Released Parties from all liability for losses arising from your use of this beta, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This includes loss, theft, or locking of funds and assets, and loss of data or profits. This release does not cover fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct. It does not waive mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
MIT License
Epora's original source code is licensed under the MIT License. It permits use, modification, and distribution subject to its notice requirements. The license provides the software as is and includes warranty and liability disclaimers for authors and copyright holders. Third-party components retain their own licenses. These service terms do not restrict rights granted by the MIT License. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Privacy and third parties
The privacy policy explains how the service handles data. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional data processing. Wallets, blockchain networks, chain-data providers, and other services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Epora's original source code remains subject to the MIT License.
Questions and disputes
Contact 41BIT LLC at the address below about these terms or a problem with the service. Applicable law determines your rights and the courts available to you. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to a court where that right applies.
